However, if you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, our Return & Exchange Policy provides clear and fair guidelines. We believe in making the process as simple as possible for our customers, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products and services.
Our refund policies are that we only offer online store credit, and the product must still have the tag on it to be able to decide the refund.
If you had purchased the wrong size product, colour or would like to change your mind, you could do so within 24 hours, simply email us.
